The project titled ‘Facknews’ involves a subversion of journalistic practices. To carry out this project, I explore articles on the internet and in newspapers, aiming to stay updated on the developments in social and political landscapes. This work is an extension of my editorial activities, which constantly involve working on the form of newspapers.

 

I initially use images from various media sources, appropriating the vocabulary used, which gradually becomes my reference for the project. I combine these words to create a knot, a story, inspired by Patrick Boucheron and his concept of ‘Political Fiction.’ I then print these stories using Risograph, employing vibrant and attractive colors to produce my artistic documents.
